My sons previous therapist sent a long text messages asking to leave a good review so she can receive a bonus from Not Only Words. She would be drawing names from a hat for parents that placed a positive review on her behalf and one would win a gift card. This text was sent May 19th 2021 and her name was Hannah. In my experience this company did not provide the proper tools and or proper therapists to assist my non verbal child with Autism. Ms. Hannah made a comment about my son may never fully speak and how his words may only make sense to me as his mom, not to others. She made this comment after I was excited to watch new words unfold. After my son left this company, his language has sprouted. My son was with this company for 3 years and had minimal to no progress.
