They demanded money on a $35,000 remodel. They did the demolish work while keeping some of the valuables. Kept asking for another payment but never completed contract. Sloppy work, did not show up and kept promising they would finish. Had to file complaints to Registar of Contractors. Not settled until hearing in March. Beware. They have $31,500 of my hard-earned money.

Stewart Jackson will take your money and not finish his own contract with you. He is not reliable, truthful and keeps promising that work will be done but never gets the job done. The little work done is poor quality. He is slick tongued and makes excuses for everything. Do not go near him or his brother! I have complaint with ROC and will most likely need to do further action against them to be able to sell or use my home...unlivable!! See my unfinished family room that was to be done 6/5/15 and ..landscaping in front yard Contract was to be done by 6/5/15...ha ha.

Jackson Construction and Remodel LLC started working on our remodel 2/24/2014. They didn't show up to do the work on a consistent basis and were often late for meetings to discuss the projects, once over 2 hours late. The work they did get done (when they showed up) was sloppy, paint splattered on ceilings, trim, and baseboards. They didn't put any support at all under our new bathtub, the drains didn't line up, and the pipes leaked after a water test. Our new walk-in shower had to be completely redone as the drain was tilted, the shower pan had cracks in it, and there was no p-trap in the plumbing. The tile work was not professionally done, gaps in grout of the decorative tiles and the tiled wall wasn't level. They left trash for weeks at the curb of our driveway, even after we asked them to remove it, and an old toilet sat on our back patio for weeks. We finally removed the toilet ourselves. We would not rehire Jackson Construction and Remodel, nor (in our opinion) would we recommend them to anyone doing even a simple remodel.
