Gilbert Self Storage located just five miles west of the New Phoenix Mesa Airport, in Mesa AZ. We have two exits off the 202 freeway to access our location at either Val Vista and head north or Williams Field Rd. and head west. We offer enclosed storage with climate controlled units and non cooled units. Our units are single story with aisles wide enough to accommodate 53ft semi-tractor trailers. We are centrally located to residential housing and small businesses ranging from restaurants to San Tan Village Shopping Center; we have a wide variety of medical services close by as well. Approximately 80% of our clients live within a five mile radius of Gilbert Self Storage Center. We have a lot of repeat customers that come and go allowing them to use the benefit of the onetime setup fee, which in return shows us that they prefer Gilbert Self Storage over other facilities. Our tenants range in all ages from homeowners to business owners. Our facility is located in an area that is still developing with new houses, apartment communities, and businesses. We treat each and every tenant as family, getting to know them from where they are from and what has brought them to the area and offering any assistance they might need in locating events and services in the area. We have several tenants that are volunteers with the Town Of Gilbert; therefore, they keep us updated on local events coming up. We have a stand up policy that when a new customer comes through the door we greet and make eye contact with them. Whether they currently rent or if they are just checking for future use we offer bottled water and fresh cookies making sure that we thank them for the opportunity to be of service.
