Recently had a pluming issue that required water damage restoration. My plumber is the one that actually contacted Scott from Echo dry restorations. The guys from Echo Dry came out and immediately assessed the damage (within one hour of getting the call) and walked me through the entire process. Scott was the rep on the ground the day of, very professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He went to work and within 45 min everything was Identified and a demo team was identified to begin the work the next day (my choosing based on schedule he did want to start same day) and even did the insurance claim for me with my Insurance.

Roland and Aaron were on time the next morning and quickly went to work. They started out by one man identifying and confirming the work to be completed while the other man Preparing the walk ways in the house, sealing off the area's that would worked on including but not limited to laying plastic on their walk path, stairs and Drive way. These two men were quick, professional and efficient. Both Aaron Roland kept me informed the entire time they were onsite and maintained their professionalism throughout the time they were in the house. At the end of the day had it not been for the fact that they had to remove, walls, floors and other equipment you would have not been able to tell they were there.

I highly recommend the team at echo dry for any restoration work needed.... look them up they are worth it.
