Have had my VW serviced twice here and each time attention to detail and getting the problem fixed was a high priority. A shuttle is provided to drive me home. I had a problem while under warranty and they got to the bottom of the problem and fixed it properly, even though the same problem had not been fixed in CA dealerships.
