Absolute worst customer service. Incredibly disrespectful of people's time... I drove to the office from 45 minutes away, waited for 25 minutes past my appointment time and then finally the front desk lady tells me that they are running behind and need to reschedule my appointment. This takes three hours out of my work day and it was a complete waste of time and now they are telling me I have to come back and waste another three hours. When I asked the front desk lady why she didn't tell me that the doctor was running behind when I arrived 20 minutes early, she could not even look me in the eyes and mumbled her response. I had to ask her multiple times so I could even hear what she was saying. I am extremely unhappy with my experience. I will not be recommending this doctor to anyone.

David U. I am very pleased with dental specialty and Dr. Bennee. They have helped me tremendously and after seeing many other dentist and them not being able to fix my problem. Dr. Banner, found out what was bothering me and to fix it. I am very thankful and happy with all people at dental specialty for helping me and improving my quality of health' thank you.

Dr lilien is very courteous and professional. I saw him for a wisdom tooth extraction and after this I can confidently say I won't go to another dentist. State of the art technology and great customer service. Gospel I.
