I am happy to provide my feedback on your bail bond service. It was great!!! Not having to use this kind of service before you were kind to guide me through the process. You were there to answer the phone when I called, and it was way after normal business hours. I hope I do not need your services again, but if I do, it will be your company I call. Thanks again for being there when we needed help.

I came to gary at Alliance Bail Bonds in a time of need!!!!! I needed to post bail for my sister Kim. She had called from the jail, explained her situation and knew i needed a professional to help handle this situation. Even at the time of night when i called the number for alliance Gary was quick to explain how the process worked and told me what i needed for the bond. He offered to meet me at the jail to quicken the process and complete the transaction. My sister was released in a couple hours. The bond a few weeks later was exonerated and my money was refunded pretty quick. I'm glad i used Alliance.

Thanx for your great service-not many other companies that I contacted were willing to assist me in cash bonds or without collateral-When I called your company I spoke to Keith who was prompt in assisting me with obtaining a cash bond-delivering the cash bond-professional-personable-BOTH KEITH & GARY were prompt in answering my phone calls ,returning phone calls quickly .I hope I will never have to go thru this again but should it does you can bet that they will be the first and ONLY bailsbond I will contact! I would have to say, needing a bail bonds company is not typically expected for my family, but it happened none the less. We used Alliance Bail Bonds in Mesa to facilitate getting our son out of jail, and we are extremely pleased with the service we got from Alliance. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and went out of their way to insure everything was handled properly. I would highly recommend Alliance Bail Bonds to anyone needing a good, class A, local family owned, family oriented company.

I called these peoples at 12 oclock at nite...They answered and yelled and me for calling so late...very rude!

I contacted Alliance Bail Bonds and spoke with Gary Dunham who handled my request for getting bail posted for someone arrested in Tempe, AZ in such a prompt manner, that I was amazed! From the moment I contacted them they stayed in continous contact with me until they got the job done! I would recommend them to anyone in the country needing their services in the Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Tempe, AZ (or other areas that Alliance may cover). I am so pleased at how fast Gary proceeded with getting things done, and equally important, how honest and clear cut in explaining how the process works. Considering I was over 1000 miles away in trying to deal with a matter in your vicinity, you attended to my needs in a timely matter, much to the satisfaction of all parties involved. When my situation arose I made over 15 phone calls to bail bondsmen in the Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Etc. area. I was told they could not assist me, or when I left voice messages no calls were returned. My son was arrested on a Saturday afternoon on a failure to appear warrant. We found out the Bond was $1000 at 11:00 PM. I tried other bail bonds no one would respond. Gary answerd his phone at midnight and because I live clear across town took my info over the phone and allowed my son to come in the next day. He went in the middle of the night and bonded my son out, called me back at 2 AM to let me know it was done, explained to me how everthing worked we have never experienced this before and my son was headed home before 5 AM. I can't thank him enough he went above and beyond and I will never forget that. I recommend him to anyone who might ever be in need of this type of service. He was kind and understanding and treated my son with dignity.

We live in Montana; our son was visiting Arizona and picked a number to call when he needed help. It was the right one! Gary took care of our son and did everything he said he would. We appreciate all that he did since we were in another state and fairly helpless.

I just want to Thank Gary, F. Dunham Jr. for services rendered through the process of getting my brother, Charles M. Bond, out of jail. Your agency was not the first choice that night; however you were the BEST Choice.The first people pretended that they were going to assist us but failed to communicate with us that night. For someone like my mother and I who had never had any dealings with bailing someone out of jail at that terribly high price was an eye opening experience that we had absolutely no knowledge of weaving our way through. I recently ran into a situation that put me in jail. This was for a crime that I did not commit and had already faced charges previously. To my surprise, police showed up at my house late on a Friday night and arrested me. I was able to call Gary @ Alliance Bail Bonds and he was able to bail me out within a couple of hours. Thanks Gary for all that you have done for my family. I live in Connecticut and my son needed to be bonded out. Gary was right on it. He was able to get me info on my son that I was unable to get. Arizonia is a big state and they have lots of jails, he directed me on who, what, where, and how to get him out and what I needed to do. He always answered the phone when I called, and believe me I called him approx. 5 to 10 times daily. I was lost and didn't know the laws there. When my son was out on bond he would just call me to say hi and re-ensure me everything was going well. I to this day a two months later still talk to Gary. If I ever go to Arizonia, I will go meet the man who made my life easier. Please take it from me, don't think twice go with Alliance Bail Bonds, you won't go wrong. He will get you through the bad times.

Very professional! Answered the phone every time we called, and actually went above and beyond to help our family out. They were very patient with us and answered all our questions and even managed to get our son out before the police transferred him to 4th Avenue Jail.
