we had our dog stay here for 4 days. when we picked him up he had lost weight and was covered in bug bites. our dog was ignored and abused. don't risk your pet's life keeping it here.

We took out two dogs here for a 4 day stay. The property presents well and was definitely clean- staff was friendly. We were slightly disappointed when we picked them up however... One of our dogs had a tick on her and both dogs along with their beds smelled like pee. We had to buy new beds. We were also charged an extra day for picking them up in the afternoon and weren't told until the bill arrived. The dogs are expected to relieve themselves on a concrete area while they are there, which has severly confused our 11 month old dog who was previously potty trained... we have had a few accidents in the house this week and we are thinking thats why. Would recommend if you want a run of the mill kennel- but I think you could find better!

I have been taking my dogs here for years. Referred many customers, too! Coco and Chewy enjoy seeing Carol and Kim every time! Its great to see a place where Coco and Chewy can watch the girls grooming from their inside room and then be able to go outside as they please. Both my kids enjoy their "spa day" before I pick them up. These two are my babies and are spoiled just as much at Gig Harbor Kennel.

We are fairly new to the area and was looking for a place for our puppy Cookie to stay. Happy to say Cookie was happy and smelled good when we picked her up. It was nice that we were able to leave a blanket and shirt so she had the scent of home with her. Cookie was not too intimidate because it was quieter than most of the places we visited. What I liked the most was it is a smaller kennel. I will most definitely use their services for all of our upcoming trips.
