BEWARE!

This place is not just incompetent, they are dangerous. We took our Pom in for nail trimming. They cut so deep the nails all bled. The dog had to be taken to the Vet after. They joked it off saying "they were busy and were rushed."

Took my cocker spaniel in for the first time they did an awesome job honestly the best haircut she has ever had and she has had many!

Elite is awesome! Nice, clean, open lobby. The staff is great and so friendly! I take my Lhasa Apso mix in there for a full grooming abut every 3 months. This is the first place where he doesn't dread going but rather has a "pep" in his step before and after. They are very flexible schedule wise. I drop off before work and pick up when he is ready-maybe a bit later. "Pup Pup" is always very dapper when he leaves Elite Pet Salon. I will only take "Pup Pup" to Elite from now on. Highly recommend it to all.
