ive been to the salon several times- seeing the owner. she did ok at my short hair. this last time, its horrible. she also died my hair orange, and then told me it was my hairs fault because of the" tone " she had no idea how to fix a problem after it occured

Not sure what WorkingMom is talking about. I have never had a bad experience at this salon. All the stylist are great and have the best customer service. I would highly recommend this salon. I have personally been to high end salons and have high expectations and this salon exceeds them.

Over about 2 years, I saw three stylists at Prima Salon. The first two stylists were fine, but they left for another salon. First one, then a few months later, the other. I ended up seeing the owner, but wasn't impressed -- the first time, my haircut was OK but I left with a bad taste in my mouth and felt a little worked over. I took a chance going back another time, but that visit sealed the deal and I won't go back. My haircut was uneven and I was very disappointed. I like the location of the salon, and there may be other good stylists, but I can't recommend this salon.
