They chopped down a mature, healthy tree in my yard because my neighbor told them to. It was near the property line and they should have known it was at least close, since they used my driveway to stage their equipment.

No apologies for trespassing or property destruction. No attempt to make things right.

This company absolutely mutilated trees on our property. They did work they were specifically told not to do. The crew was absolutely unprofessional and rude. A supervisor was supposed to be on scene and did not show up.

If you want the truth, don't call Davey Tree in Gibsonia. I have been an excellent customer for many years. I am fed up with my bill stamped with "treated as needed" when they get out of the truck, put an invoice on my door & leave. Some trees/shrubs checked on the invoice as being sprayed I don't even have & they laughed when I told them so. Once I watched him pull up, sit in the truck & shuffle papers for 10 minutes & leave. Nothing was sprayed. He put an invoice on my door and left! I called them & they told me "he said he had to go to the bathroom!" Some bathroom trip as I called 2 hours after he left! I don't need another tree service out here leaving me a note to call them "immediately" because of finding mites & things in my trees a week after Davey supposedly sprayed! "Treated as needed" means they didn't treat at all. I am paying $$$ for spraying - and I expect such to be done. If not, don't charge me or reduce the charge. I'm done with them and their excuse du jour!
