Absolutely great experience with the guidance I needed

My 14 year old son and I had the pleasure of working with Evelyn to purchase his first necklace. Evelyn gave us the same level of attention I'd imagine her giving a client with a much more significant purchase. She took her time and made him feel special and important. The level of service was exceptional to say the least only to be matched by the quality of the product. Additionally, the guarantee on the necklace simply can't be beat. We will be back for purchases in the future.

I have always been very highly impressed with Kessler‘s. When I decided to get my engagement ring for my wife, Kessler‘s was the only place that I went because I’ve always heard very good things. And in the last six years they have not let me down. We have gone through them for other jewelry items including our wedding bands. The service is always exceptional and the people that work there you can tell are very happy with their job and are there to take care of you. Thank you again for being one of the few businesses left that go above and beyond for the customer.

We came in for ring evaluation/repair, we got both solid estimates and then were given other jewelry options. With Ashley's excellent assistance, we elected to have a custom band made to add to my antique wedding set and it turned out to be the best idea ever! The new band is a perfect match for the existing ring and looks amazing!! Very happy with the work and the customer service!! Thank you Kessler's for helping us celebrate 25 years!
