I normally do not do online reviews, but I had such a positive experience with Hagen Plumbing that I am recommending them to my friends and was motivated to give them a good review on the web. They are honest, prompt, courteous and take the time to explain your plumbing issues without being patronizing. Most surprising for me was that Erik Hagen told me he could repair my old hot water heater rather than replacing it so that I could save money. Since it was quite old, I declined. But I was extremely impressed with his honesty and integrity, especially since I had ordered a new hot water heater and he already had it in his truck. From my experience, few people in business are that honest.
