Rest of the store friendly and helpful, printing staff acted like I was bothering them because I had printing needs from the start. Was told that I need to sit down and wait until a computer was available for the staff. When I did finally receive the price of the printing for a 4th grade project I was shocked, no advise giving on how to lower the price or other options. I just walked away shaking my head. I was surprised on how rude service was. There are so many other options for office needs I will not return to this store ever! With rudeness and lack of customer service increasing, I'm making a point to stay away from stores like this and stick to stores that value me being their customer like the Snucks in Germantown.
