About Memphis Neurology   Memphis Neurology was founded in the 1970s. The practice serves a diverse patient community at two central office locations in Germantown, Tennessee, and Southaven, Mississippi.  The practice provides state-of-the-art care to adults and children with various medical conditions, including behavior disorders, epilepsy, and neurodegenerative diseases. The fully equipped neurophysiology lab enables the team to provide high-quality treatments like Botox® injections, nerve blocks, trigger point injections, and management of baclofen pumps and vagus nerve stimulation (VNS).  When patients enter Memphis Neurology, they’re welcomed by a dedicated team of board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners who aim to provide comprehensive, conversational, and professional care. The team examines patients and gains an understanding of every individual’s needs. They then work to develop personalized care plans that are designed to produce positive, long-lasting results. Memphis Neurology proudly offers a combination of holistic and integrative approaches to medicine when establishing personalized care plans. The team educates patients about the medication options available for specific conditions and discusses alternative treatment options with proven results. Office staff is rude. We have been going there for years but only for yearly checkups. The medication is working but other very serious issues have started to happen. I asked for an appointment and explained what was going on. I got passed around and left messages and had call backs and pass around again. Then on the last call back the woman in scheduling was extremely RUDE! I gave up and will never go back.

Uncaring and failing to adhere to physicians oath

Wife has concussion injuries from motor vehicle collision with tree! No impairment, no citation!! Out of state ER failed to hold overnight for observation! First receptionist at Memphis Neurology (Kim) was very concerned, and promised to call right back with appointment. Hour later, rude office supervisor called to say their practice never sees MVA victims, why don't we go back to the ER instead?

If she had even read the notes, she would have seen the emergency room is six hour drive, to NE Arkansas!! Told her it was ludicrous and unethical to fail to accept a patient from any injury, especially a car wreck!!!

Not caring

Dr. Lynn was not compationate and rather insult us rather than help us. Dr. Jabour is a better doctor. We had to find another doctor that was more caring and had time to treat our son.
