Anyone looking for a locksmith the understands customer service, look no further. I do not live in Memphis and was searching for an auto locksmith that served an area north of the city. The location was not in their service area, however, they went out of their way to look up and find a reputable competitor that served the Brighton area. They called me back with the competitor contact information and I was good to go. Anyone that provides that kind of customer service deserves to be the first on your call list

i used them back in june. they showed up exactly when they said they would, made an extra copy of my key for a discount and it even has a chip in it. professional, friendly and the gentleman even fixed the stickiness when i try to turn my key. they also showed me what to do to make my old key work again. found them two weeks later! best price in memphis, i will keep their card at work in case any of my customers on beale st lose their keys
