I went here for the first time a couple weeks ago. One of the employees was standing outside on his cell phone. I didn't know he was an employee at the time until I went inside, where he followed me and preceded to ask me what I wanted done. While he was doing my nails, he continued to talk on his cell phone. Not to mention, seemed to do a half ____ job. All he did was file my nails and then started to apply the paint to my nails. He paid no attention to my cuticles, no massage, no engagement etc. My nails looked decent in the end but it was horrid customer service. I will never go back.
