Thanks to Frank at the Germantown Midas my suv is back on the road after King Kia tried to rip me off with a bill of almost double what Midas charged all I have to say is Midas Germantown is the best!!!!!!

I would give zero star if there is such an option. The connection to the muffler is broken. The estimated time to fix it is one hour and I was charge $300 for labor. It turns out to be a simple fix and in fact finished in half an hour. When I argue the labor fee, the response is that $300 also includes the use of equipment and they can make a better bill to explain. You see, they also know that charging $300 for one-hour labor estimated (or half an hour it really takes) is too high and they want to make it looks reasonable.
