I called Triple H to try to set up a firearm transfer. I had never bought a gun online and needed someone local to do the FLL part and the back ground check. He was rude/very sarcastic with me since I did not buy from him. I told him I was not even aware he there or a gun shop. I told him I would pay a transfer fee. He said nope and good luck with anyone doing this for me. He said that is why there are local shops to buy from. I understand this, but I also found on his web page that he sells online guns as well. So he will sell them and ship them to other FFL places but if you purchase from someone else he tells you to take a hike.. I looked up another FFL guy in Georgetown called Lindberg guns and Guitars.. I called the guy and once again explained what I wanted. I looked at phone log. Took 2min and 28 seconds to complete. Very nice and professional. what a better way to get me to come back in a shop, customer service. Guy at Triple H has not people skills...
