Provided by YP.comThe first time I took my truck in for an oil change they vacuumed the interior, cleaned the windshield, checked my tires and gave me a Veterans discount. The next time I took my wife's car in the only thing they did was change the oil and filter. At checkout I advised them I was a veteran and was told what I owed. I paid it and left, guess what no Veteran's discount. I can understand changing your policies however I don't understand not being honest and up front with your customers. Makes you wonder if they really changed the oil or put the type of oil in the vehicle that they said they did.
