I first visited this tax prep from a reccomendation from a friend of mine. I usually prepare my taxes with software from HR Block but this year I had a few things I needed clarification on so I had to bite the bullet and go in and talk to someone. I was surprised at how nice and down to earth this tax preparer was. She was calm, thorough and answered all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed or like i was going to be hung out to dry at all. I know accountants get a bad rap because they have no 'chairside' manner but not this woman. she was caring, thoughtful, full of information and not scared to share her insight with me and give me ideas to plan for the future. I will definately be coming back for many years to come.
