As someone who has NEVER taken anything (and I mean anything as I am someone who wants to do things myself and if I don't know how I learn) in for repair in my life even under warranty, I can't comment on all the complaints about long waits and price gouging. I have been going to this business for parts for over 40 years and although they are not the cheapest, I have always appreciated the level of service and I drive a 40 mile round trip even though there are numerous other places on the way. Yes, they do a lot of commercial work which causes delays for some, but it is also a testament to their responsiveness to professionals who won't tolerate incompetent price gougers. I don't deny that the commercial accounts probably get preferential treatment when they have many jobs backed up, but I think you have to expect that, as this is the steady business that keeps the doors open and they know they will not have to deal with customers who have no idea what it takes to properly maintain small engines and lawn equipment and who often have really cheap equipment that is a pain to work on with low reward. All I can say in conclusion is that I will keep going. RIP Bobby.

I had a JD L111 42" riding lawn mower. The blade cover hit on the rock and about 1 sq. inch was unshaped a little bit. I brought to them and 3 weeks later they asked for $700 to fix it, while the complete new deck is about $450-550. And they charged me $73.66 for just looking at the deck. Eventually I went to John Deere dealer on Hwy 79 and a guy there used hammer to fix it for less than $100. I wouldn't complain if you don't want to fix it for me, just tell me. Not after 3 weeks tells me you are going to charge $700.

This is in regards to all the people who seem to have a negative experience with a business that has been moving a long since the 60's. We work hard to strive for great customer service. YES, repairs may take a while due to the amount of mowers that come in every day. Our mechanics are working diligently to get mowers back to their owners. We cannot please everyone as much as we try to.



As far as the judgment, CHARLES D., our business was robbed by people who do not seem to care about morals or other people’s property. If you want to announce the judgment to the community then please tell the WHOLE story not just what you feel should be made known. We cannot control the selfish actions of others and putting negative things online against our business is not the way to handle this issue. We are very aware of the issue, with your mower, that was stolen from out lot. We are working with our insurance department to fix this issue as fast as we can. As I said before, we cannot control actions of others or how fast our insurance company responds to the issues that are handed to them. We sincerely apologize for the negative experience you have had with our business.



To address the other negative comments, our business is customer service. We do strive to keep people satisfied but that may not always happen. In checking our performance with the BBB, our company is rated A+. We have worked hard for more than 40 years to build and keep such a status and we intend to maintain it that way. Furthermore, we may not always get to satisfy all of our customers’ needs and/or concerns, but do not forget we will do the best of our ability to satisfy, uphold our company’s honesty and reliability, and continue to give back to our customers and our community.

Don't believe their website

They had my mower for 5 weeks. We had to call 4 times & finally go there to get any info. They now say they can't get a part & it's not fixed & they are done!

you know when you used to go to a carnival and the carnies couldn't care less about you being there to ride the rides? Same feeling here, these guys could care less about you being there and to top it off, a repair is only good for 30 days. I took my lawn mower to them 3 times, it would run great for a week, then problems starting it, you could pull and pull the cord and it wouldn't start. So I take it over to them, and it started! A week later, same issue, wouldn't start, so I throw it in the truck again and take it over there, and it started again! So I tell the guy, something is wrong. So they keep it, change a part and when I come to get it, we test it and it starts. 3 weeks later, same issue, it wont start, but it starts when it goes for a drive in the truck. So they cant fix it. So I gave up and bought a Honda mower, starts everytime first pull, even a year later. So don't bother with these guys, find someone else that cares.

AWESOME - Helpful & HONEST

I have used this company before - repair lawnmower, purchase Echo weed eater, etc, They have never let me down. I just called them to help me trouble shoot my "sick" Snapper. They guided me through it - AHHHH I have a working lawnmower again. They take time to explain everything!! (Last year I had a sick Echo ... he checked it out, told me that it was too small for the commercial work I was doing - string way too thick for the weedeater. They

showed me the difference and I purchased a Commercial Echo from them. It was actually CHEAPER than going to Home Depot and getting one there - PLUS this is commercial grade. 2 - years old and counting without any problems -- SO ++++ ON THE ECHO WEEDEATER ALSO.

Price Gouger!!

I am a 70 old hurricane IKE evacuatee who needed help with starting a chairsaw before heading back to area below Houston. They wanted $90.00 just to look at it. What a rip-off!! I would move on down the road before I give these folks a dine.

Professional & Skilled

GOP provided professional and skilled repair of our lawn mower. They replaced our filter base, sharpened the blades, checked the oil and adjusted the starter mechanism as we requested. They also cleaned it throughout before they returned it to us. Their work was completed in a timely manner. The lawnmower was improved and working much better once returned to us. We really appreciated their professional work and would recommend them to anyone that has a small engine repair need.
