The tech who came to my home for maintenance was thorough, professional and went above and beyond to show me what filter was needed for replacement. He took pride in his job.

I was very excited that they could make it out the same day to check on my central air unit! They said they would call before they came over and they didn't, so I was running around containing our dog and making sure my daughter was safe. Then he opened the door and let my dog out. We went downstairs to check the circuits and the main unit, and he insulted the cleanliness of my unfinished basement. Then he went under the porch to check the condensor, came out, told me it wasn't working and that he was going to "bow out" of this one. Got in his truck and left.



I called his supervisor, who said she didn't know what to say but that she would ask him what the problem was when he got back.



All around just a very bad experience... My dog is still missing and I still have no AC.
