Wanting to support our local businesses, we stopped in at Sorenson's and ordered a washer, dryer, and refrigerator, upgrading to a drop down door model on the dryer. Upon returning home we saw a local big box ad that listed the washer about $130.00 less than Sorenson's price. We called and the owner agreed to match that price. We could have asked for a minor price reduction on the fridge as well, but didn't. When the appliances were delivered, we received a cheaper dryer. We initially thought it was an honest mistake, but when the delivery man showed us his 'sales' receipt' with a different model number than our receipt, it was obvious that the boss had written up a different bill of sale with the cheaper dryer. Bottom line, he must have thought he could recoup his price reduction by switching out the dryer for a cheaper model. They eventually delivered the dryer that we had ordered and paid for, but we are very disappointed with the way the owner of Sorenson's chooses to do business.

I highly recommend Sorenson's because of the fair way they have treated me as a customer and the very efficient manor in which the installers went about their business.
