The gal that used to cut my hair at zano salon had just moved to this salon. I made an appointment to get highlights with this same gal. Wen I first walked in to Montage it had a distinct odor, it almost smelled like urine. When she sat me down I told her i wanted highlights and I also picked out the color from her book she let me see. She got all the color in and I sat. After it got washed out and such I couldnt see any highlights at all, it looked the same! She told me I didnt have to pay for this time and I could just come back so I made an appointment with her for the next week. I came back and she told me that she knew exactly what to do and she knew what she did wrong before. She put the color in and I sat again. When ishe washed it out and blow dryed it through I was in a panic. SHE TURNED MY HAIR ORANGE!!! I acted like nothing was wrong and she asked me if I liked it. I told her I did and I payed for it. It was wayyy over priced as well. I will never again go back there for as long as I live.
