While the Doctors at GFP are exceptional, their staff in the office are rude and unprofessional. Their office staff needs to understand what customer service is. They (office staff) should go through sensitivity training with an emphasis on customer care. Patients are customers and should be treated with the basic concept "the customer is always right".
