Donna Tonovitz has been my insurance agent for 7 years. I have a professional background in both the legal and insurance industry. In light of this background, I believe I am able to provide an unbiased opinion as to her professionalism, the products she sells and the company she represents. From the first time you meet Donna, you are greeted with a comfortable office setting near downtown Geneva. Whether it be your first time seeking an insurance product or just stopping by to for a quick review, Donna always treats the client with respect and dignity. I have never noticed her looking at her watch or taking other calls during such meeting. It is refreshing that the client in front of her comes first. Calls during such meetings are ably handled by her office staff. Within the first few moments of such meetings, it is readily apparent that Donna not only knows the products she sells, but will provide sound advice as to which products would work best for you. In other words, she doesn’t attempt to oversell which was the problem with my previous agent. When a claim does unfortunately occur, Donna provides positive guidance so that the claim is processed with the least amount of inconvenience and apprehension in what would normally be a difficult time.
