We were here for lunch at about 1pm on the Saturday b4 Christmas, and it was not busy at all. Our server was horrible. She forgot the lemons we asked for, never brought the bread we asked for and never once came back to check on us until she left the check so we never got refills of our water. The menu has one again changed and my favorite pizza is no longer on the menu, and yes prices also went up, at a pretty good increase too. Maybe try takeout.

Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Some people may find it to be a bit expensive, but you definitely get a big bang (large portions, wide variety of dishes, and incredibly delicious food) for your buck!
