In October of 1997 I bought a yellow lab(doc) from Barn Ridge. Doc just past away (July 2013). One GREAT Dog. Doc's dad was Commander Cody & mother was Sandbar Willow. Great retriever Great nose & Great with everyone. He gets TEN stars in my book!!!!!

I was at the fishing show at the qcca in rock island , Illinois last year and bought a German short hair pup. He has been a hand full wow . But he has been a great dog . He has gone hunting this year for the first time . Pointed out 6 birds for us man what a nose on him , loves out doors minds real well and his energy is out of this world. not only have we boarded our dogs at Barn Ridge -where the facility is roomy and clean, but we have also purchased 2 labradors there. The owners are friendly and knowledgable, and the animals are well taken care of. We highly recommend them!
