Got charge 40 dollars for 20 entree and 2 sodass never go there again food sucks and way to high do not waste your time go to huck fins soo much better

A fun place to go with kids. The servers play trivia with you. Food was really good. the kids love it!!

A fun restaurant with lots of great Forrest Gump movie memorabilia all over the place and some pretty decent food (my son loved the Shrimp Po Boy), but it was a little too pricey for what little we got.

I gave one star because our server and the manager were great. That being said, this is by far the worst seafood I have ever had. Where to start? I love mild fish so I ordered the "Fish and Chips", There were plenty of fries, but they were cold and didn't seem fresh in any way. The fish was closer to frozen fish sticks than any type of filet. The hush puppies tasted like they had a strong oily fish flavor... like they were fried in old grease in desperate need of a change. My wife ordered the sampler and had the same fries, hush puppies and fish experience that I did. She picked over the shrimp and just gave up.



Our server was awesome and the manager offered to pay for our meal (over $55 for the two of us) which we declined as we always pay our tuition for the learning experience. Believe me when I say Captain D's has better, fresher and more flavorful seafood and sides at a far more reasonable price. We will never go back to any Bubba Gump's in any location.

I was given the opportunity to eat at Bubba's last fall and must say the food and service was wonderful. We are planning to return in Sept. to Gatlinburg and one of our primary must will be to have dinner at Bubba's!

We've been to the Gatlinburg area 6 or 7 times in the last few years. Bubba Gump's is one of the few restaurants we make sure we revisit each time. The staff make the visit so much fun and the "run" and "stop" signs ensure we always get service when we want it. Prices are reasonable and the food is good.

WE WENT TO THIS LOCATION AS A PARTY OF 3 ON WHEN ON VACATION. WE FOUND IT TO FAST PACED AND A VERY QUICK AND FRIENDLY STAFF OF SERVERS. YOU DO NOT HAVE JUST 1 SERVER THEY ALL TAKE CARE OF THE WHOLE PLACE. IN ORDER GET SERVICE ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PUT UP THE STOP SIGN ON THE TABLE. BIRTHDAY GUESTS GET UP AND DANCE WHILE BOTH WORKERS AND COSTUMERS SING AND CLAP.

THE ATTITUDE IS SO RELAXED THAT YOU CAN RUN UP A VERY LARGE TAB AND NOT EVEN REALIZE IT FOR THE 3 OF US WITH NO ALCOHOLIC DRINKS. OUR BILL WAS WELL OVER $100.00 BUT THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD. THE ONLY THING THAT THEY ARE SKIMPY ON IS THE COCKTAIL SAUCE. BUT IF YOU ARE AN ICE TEA DRINKER [ DON'T ORDER IT ] THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO BREAK DOWN AND CLEAN THE RUBBER PEACES IN THE SPOUT OF THE TEA URN. I SPENT OVER 20 YEARS IN THE FOOD SERVICE AND I KNOW THIS TO BE FACT IF YOU DO NOT CLEAN IT RIGHT YOU START OUT WITH A SLIGHT AFTER TASTE AND THE DIRTIER IT GETS THE WORSE THE TASTE GETS. AND THIS WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER RUN IN TO. [ THIS IS DO TO A MOLD THAT GROWS IN THE SPOUT AND IT MUST BE BROKEN DOWN AND WIPED OFF THEN SOAKED IN BLEACH WATER OVER NIGHT. THIS IS REQUIRED TO BE DONE BY THE FDA EVERY NIGHT AFTER YOU CLOSE. BUT OTHER THAN THAT . THE PLACE IS GREAT. AND IF YOU WATCH WHAT YOU ARE DOING THE PRICES ARE NOT BAD.
