Good work and helpful. They had parts when other companies did not. Had our spa repaired the same day. Will use again.

I have always used this company for my hot tub repairs, fair pricing and very, very fast service. I was referred to this company by my cabin rental company and this company treats me better than they do.

Great Service! After calling another local hot tub company I was treated very rude by a secretary on the phone, made 3 appointments and they never showed up that's when the secretary got rude. Wow some people! I called aqua and the actual technician answered the phone my tub was not heating he guided me to the hot tub asked me what the keypad said and I told him SL. He then informed me that the tub was not heating because it was in "sleep mode" who would have thought a hot tub went to sleep?LOL He then told me what buttons to press to get it to heat and it worked! All over the phone and did not charge a dime. I have owned my cabin here for 5 years and have never gotten any advice for free from any technician, I was charged nothing.... Very helpful guy.

I had a difficult repair before check in on my rental cabin, the maintenance company I use could not handle the repair and did not have the parts. I called this company and they had everything needed for my repair. Now my tub works like new again! I have 5 rental cabins in and around Gatlinburg and now I know who to call for my hot tub repairs.

I had Aqua Flow come out after my rental company called and said I needed a new hot tub cover. I called several places and they offered to sell me the cover, measure the cover, order it and deliver it, and remove and dispose of my old cover for $300.00 taxes and all this was the cheapest price and it was a quality cover. (I loved the color.) I also had them replace my filter. They could not have been any easier to deal with. Will use again.

This company is the fastest company to use if you want your hot tub repaired. Had guests in my rental cabin got a call at 10am the hot tub was not working called this company and the tub was fixed within an hour! Guests were happy. Thank you guys! You saved me money!

Great company & service. I would not use anyone else. Fair prices which is difficult to find in Sevier County, TN.

I have used this company for all of my rental cabins in Gatlinburg for many years and they always have what I need. When a guest at one of my cabins has a problem with the hot tub, I call them and the problem is usually repaired the same day! Great Service!

Horrible not recommended , if you like to waste time and money then yeah use them they have no skills and very hatefull
