They did not have my rental...

after I had called 3 times prior to my pick up date. Do not rent from them. On the day that we went to pick up our rental, they didn't have it and they never even called to inform us so we can rent some where else. This was the day that we were leaving for our trip. Boy was I pissed!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!1 I KNOW I'LL NEVER MAKE RESERVATIONS FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!!!!!
