this is the worsrt tattoo shop ive been to in my life. no only were the people rude to me and my friend, but one of them was actually talking down about a tattoo my friend got there from their manager. Not only that but the people are so incompetient that they couldnt draw the most simple of drawing. Its NOT worth the time or money.

They were nice when I got there and nice during the tattoo, but after calling them back for a faded lip tattoo to see if they would retouch it for free, they were rude on the phone. Called two seperate tattoo shops and they said that they probably just didn't go deep enough and two days is way to fast for it to be completely gone. I wouldn't recommend getting inner lip tattoos there, but I'm sure they are fine and nice with normal ones. Will not be going back though.

I got one of my tattoos done here and ended up in the ER the next day. My tattoo got infected and now i'm stuck paying the emergency room bill the prescription cost. A few thousand dollar tattoo at this point. Worst experience ever! The shop does look quite disgusting and just BEWARE before you choose to get your tattoo done here.

cheap price, terrible product

Ink Link is one of those cheap chain shops that would just take any so-called tattoo artists to work for them. Sure it's cheap, but the price my husband had to pay to have his covered is outrageous (the tattoo is $180, and cover-up is $300), and let not discuss the laser removal price if you want one instead. I don't think I'll ever go to Ink Link nor recommend these shops to anyone.

My wife

..got her tattoos here. The artist that she had, Bo Ellis, did a wonderful job. Everyone in the place was very courteous. Bo Ellis is no longer there and with a new Tattoo Shop calling Tattooing U in Charlotte.
