I had a stereo installed and the technician who did the work left plastic and wire shavings all over my carpet. The stereo was simply placed into the console without being secured by screws, and part of my carpet had been pulled up to run some wires under it and wasn't properly tucked back under the base panel. Good equipment button unprofessional service!

I have been here in 3 different occasions and purchased a set rims and tires..and to remote starts for 2 different vehicles. I have had problems with 1 of the remote starts on 2 different occasions and had to have it replaced which took time out of my busy schedule. after 3 months of owning the rims and tires there was a problem with 1 of the rims. The rims were brand new out the box and put on my vehicle. after being on the vehicle for less than 1500 miles 1 of my rims started to peel the chrome off the back of 1 of my brand new rims! when brought back and told to the customer service, they replied it there was nothing they can do about it they could not replace it. so overall I gave it 3 stars mainly for the prices and the actual first time customer service, but with the overall I give the customer service a 1 star because they would not replace the messed up rim with a new 1 and it was still brand new!!!
