Was a few minutes late opening the shop. I was sitting outside on a bench. When she showed up the woman open the shop told me to "just let them set up". I would have completely understood because I am a very patient person, but why would you leave me on the bench? Invite me in, ask me how my day is going, ask me what I am thinking of doing with my hair while you prepare to open for the day! I thought it was rude and poor customer service so I left. I won't be returning there. My husband has been getting his haircut there since we moved here and he will no longer being doing that after how I was treated. I drove by again at 10:30 am on my way to Walmart and their open sign still wasn't lit. I had left there at 9:05 am.
