As far as Drs Gore and Overtone are concerned....they suck. They treat their patients like cattle. They fill up the waiting room with people who all have the same appt time and then expect you to sit there for hours. There primary method used to treat patients are by injections, which is a hit or miss. I have had some relief from the procedure that last several months and some not last more than a few days. Now this is where the problem occurs. They seem to be on the payroll of the company that manufactures LYRICA. At first I was prescribed LYRICA for nerve damage and the burning sensation that comes with it. It worked great. But during these periods in between procedures and the injections wear off and the pain returns, they want to throw more LYRICA at you for pain. It does absolutely nothing for pain. But according to them it cures mumps, measles, sinuitis, ingrown toe nails, and herpes. Baldness...no problem, sprinkle some on your head. Hemorrhoids...just shove a few up your ass...

I am a registered nurse and this is the most unprofessional practice I have ever encountered. The receptionist making the original appointment was not very friendly nor professional she had poor phone etiquette, but I made the appointment anyway. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment which was 4:15pm. I filled out my paperwork and waited. After 30 minutes I went up to the receptionist and inquired about the wait time. She got up and looked in the hall and said there is one patient ahead of you. I sat back down and waited. They called two more patients back. At 5:00pm the entire front staff clocked out and left for the day. Nobody every apologized for the wait nor did they keep us informed about wait times (There were several patients still waiting with me.). At 5:15pm, one hour after my scheduled appointment, I walked-out! As a medical professional, I will never recommend this practice to any of my family, friends or patients.

Jennifer Drovie is a fantastic PA. I never mind coming for my appointments because she always acts with kindness and compassion. She gets me back in a timely manner and than patiently listens to whatever I have to say concerning my back pain. I feel like she tries whatever she can to help, and it is very much appreciated. Dr. Gore is a 4 star pain management physician. He has a friendly and caring staff. Can't find any better! Plus, he has personality plus!
