This company treated me with the upmost repsect. I called several other companies during the night only to be talked to in a degrading way. Bobby and Shannon both were at the office when I called and they treated me like I was a person. They took the time to explain everything to me and stayed with me until my son was released. I would recommend them anyday

In calling this company I was scared due to the rudeness of other local bail companies. Bobby and Shannon treated me and my husband with the upmost respect and helped us with getting our son out of Gaston County jail. The office was clean and again they made me feel like it was simply going to be ok. I would recommend them hands down to the other local companies

I was more than just pleased with the help I was given, the bail was lowered to with in my range, and even at such earily hours in the morning a mere 500 dolalr bond was given honest attention. My questions were answered, and nothing was kept in the dark from me. Shannon was of great help, the woman who was on call that night. I really do thank Omega for their up front service.

I had an agent by the name of Shannon Burris and she made it a point to come and help me with my son at 2am for a small $500.00 bond and she did not hesitate to inform me of all I needed to know. She infact stayed with me and assured me I would be alright. When coming to the office to make payments I found myself in a clean and inviting atomphere not feeling scared or ashamed.
