I was shocked to hear a rattling noise from my newly purchased Maytag. Much to my ease the Tech Jeff, who serviced our washer was highly professional with years of experience of knowledge it took no time to determine the issue. We are very fortunate Jeff w/Advanced Appliance Serviced our appliance with their honest work ethnic they definitely earned our Trust.

This is by far the worst customer service from the technician. (Jason) he is such an A$$. We requested a 30 minute call ahead before he arrived but called when he arrived. I told him I was 15-20 max away from the house. His immediate response I can't wait and you will have to reschedule. NO HELP at all. I called the office and spoke with Donna who seemed to care but would not ask him to wait around for me 5 more minutes. She said he must be too busy with other customers and could schedule him back out on Friday. Really... it's Tuesday. UNACCEPTABLE and will never use or refer this company EVER!

Their service is top notch. They called before they arrived to my house on the day of my scheduled appointment. The technician was very friendly, helpful, a d professional. They fixed my washer in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. I have not had a single problem with my washer since then.I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The whole process was made super easy for me, they worked around my busy schedule, came out when they said they would, and got my washer fixed in no time! Thanks again Advanced appliance Service!

I have used this company for years for all of my household appliances. I love that a real person answers the phone and takes my information instead of some computer. I've had three different technicians, and all of them were knowledgeable, friendly, on time, and very helpful. It's a little weird that they don't have an hourly rate, but it was nice not to be gouged when a tech had to spend an hour defrosting my freezer for me!

Wife and I bought a Fridge from Sears outlet. We installed fridge and immediately ice maker was not working and an error code displayed on front panel. I called Frigidaire and reported my problem. They in turn placed a "ticket" to Advanced Appliance and said to call them to schedule service. I did just that and reception person said I can get to you on Thursday between 12 and 6. Technician will call to confirm. Well, today is Thursday and I received no call nor service visit. If there was a problem a phone call to reschedule would be accepted. But there was none. From anyone. I placed a call to their office at 6, but they were of course closed. Let's see what Friday brings and maybe they can turn around this one star.

The repair guy is terrible he has been out 4 times to fix my ice maker and it is STILL NOT working!! He installed a new function board and said, " you are good it is working now" I tell you not a single drop of water was in the maker, so I complained to the warranty dept. They had them come back out to install the new maker he banged around, once again said " you are good to go, it is working now" and left within 15 min. And I STILL HAVE NO ICE... (not a single drop of water in the maker...but it is working??? Really??)! These people are incompetent! Beware!! I will be filing "another" complaint first thing next business day. I may get ice before my 5 yr warranty expires!!!??

DO NOT USE - these guys are absolutely terrible and they're completely dishonest. They charged me $75 to diagnose a problem (which ended up being an incorrect diagnosis) and then an additional $30 to "clean out the pump" on my dishwasher, which consisted of them starting the dishwasher twice. He was there for 10 mins, started my dishwasher twice, told me he couldn't fix it, and left with $100. Terrible.

Terrible customer service. The technician did not fix the problem on his initial visit. He spent half of the visit on his cell phone. After he left I called back immediately and reported that the machine was still doing the same thing as before. I was told he would call me back...he did not. I called back again and this time the technician was already back to the office (of course) so he needed to reschedule for this am. I received a barely audible voicemail on my house phone with the number yesterday, and called back but received after-hours voicemail. This morning instead of showing up to my home at the scheduled time he said they needed to order a part because he put an OLD PART in my machine! When pressed he said it "might be here Tuesday." Why wouldn't they order a new part from the start? Or order it when I initially called back with the exact same problem? Failing to show up after I had already taken the day off twice is unacceptable. I called Whirlpool and asked for a new company as this company lost my business and my trust.

Did not show for a scheduled repair. First they said the part had not come in, but I was never called and told that. Then they said technician had been to my house and ordered the part. Totally lied, no one ever showed up. I left work early to be home, lost pay and they are doing nothing about it.

What a bunch of clowns. These people are doing nothing but committing fraud . they say one thing and then don't show for appointment and even when they do they don't fix the problems. This is the worst company there is on the face of this earth. Water leaking from freezer onto floor from whirlpool refrigerator that was purchased through HHgreg. I also have a premium service plan that I paid $179.00 for a 5 year extended warranty which is still in effect. which at this point is as worthless as Advance appliance and there lousy unprofessional service . They deserve negative stars . Typical company out to get someone for whatever they can .

DON'T LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY . Reading some of the other posts it appears to me I'm not the only one who thinks this company sucks.

When I set up the repair for my Mother is 80 years old, I gave them the Credit Card # to use for the Service call. He came out and didn't know anything, he called someone punched in some #'s then said she needed a new panel which would be 1100.00 and he was sure it wasn't under warranty. When he got thru he called me and said LADY WE HAVE A BIG PROBLEM I AIN'T LEAVING UNTIL I GET MY 76.00 and I very calmly said we don't have a problem I will give you the credit card info again and I did but he told my elderly mother that if that card didn't work he was coming back in her house and wasn't going to leave until he got his service charge paid. He scared her, she said she felt very uncomfortable.

A month ago, I smelled gas coming from my Electrolux Stove, I immediately call the gas company and they came out and look at it. The Service guy from PNG said it was probably the bake igniter and recommended I call an appliance repair person. There aren’t too many appliance services for Electrolux, so we called Advanced Major Appliance Service. The technician came out asked what was wrong, we explained the issue and he said ok, he didn’t diagnose the stove to see if that gas issue was coming from the bake igniter, he just looked up the serial number on his computer to see how much the part would cost and gave me a quote. Now, I had to pay a trip charge of $76. And they gave me 30 days to decide if I wanted them to repair the stove. I decided to let them repair the stove, so they ordered the parts and charge $130 Service plus the trip charge, total of $206 plus the materials, (bake igniter, and some additional shelving) Totals to be $391.00. One week later I began to smell gas again and noticed that the buttons on the stove were out of place. So I call Advanced Major Appliance again to let them know. Well when I set up the service call the customer service lady said that I wouldn’t have to pay a trip charge on the same appliance. I said fine, she said If it is a different situation we will have to charge you $30. It wasn’t a different situation because I still smelt gas. So when the technician arrived he looked at my buttons on the stove and said “oh that is why you are smelling gas, you need a whole new rod system to replace the knobs. This is another situation so you will need to pay me $76. I said well you didn’t fix what was wrong with the stove from the original call, he said it isn’t his job to see what’s wrong he just replace what the customer think is wrong. I said well that’s like me taking my car to get repaired. I would think you would check to see what it wrong first. So I paid for a part that didn’t need to be replaced. So I asked him since he was here could he check to see why my self-cleaning oven wasn’t working, He said you just need to replace the whole mother board. I said really so you not going to see why it’s not working. He gave me a quote for a total of $1191 plus another $76 trip to fix my stove. I said that is ridiculous. So he said well it is what it is. I said ok, I will get back with you. I went online to youtube to see if it was something we could fix. First of all my buttons were on upside down, so I fixed that problem. Then I looked up another youtube video and they showed me how to fix my self-cleaning oven. It was a really simple fix. I felt like this company was trying to get over. I then went of online and did some research and saw where other people were having the same problems. I honestly feel if you set up an appointment with these people they will find something wrong with your appliance even if it was unplugged they would tell you they could fix it for $1000 without checking to see what was wrong.

these people are horrible, they are not professional and they are liars. my $700 ac stopped working and it is not even 2 years old so when I called Frigidaire, they sent a tech named Jason out... he cut the power cord in half with his pocket knife, he tore the front up on my ac, he bent the coils inside, he broke the pieces that hold the front on, he lost screws, and he broke the air vent controller... and he then told me it was an electrical problem.... the thing is I already had an electrician look at it, but I still called and had another electrician come and check it again and guess what? the electricity is fine... so now my ac is broken with screws missing and they finally send another tech named Zack out, he is so rude he actually called me a liar saying that his tech didn't tear it up? like I really went and ordered a cord and cut it in half myself? .. needless to say, the electrician told me to be glad it didn't start up after Jason taped the cut ends of 2 different power cords together, because it could have set my house on fire. I literally detest these people and their shoddy work and I would not recommend them to anyone for anything. So my ac is still not working, and if i could post pics i would show you the damage that these technicians have done. I think Frigidaire needs to realize these guys are losers and if they keep using them it will cost them business.
