Have been using these ladies to do my tax returns for 10 years. I have a regular return and rental properties that must be filed on the return. Have never had a problem with the IRS or North Carolina and South Carolina since I have been using these ladies to do my returns.

They are open year round and are available to help me with questions.

Client friendly, great on taxes and the best place I have ever had my taxes completed.

Have and will in the future recommed these ladies to all my associates and friends.

Right after my husband and I were married we went to Accounting Associates to file our first joint tax return. They made the whole process seem so easy, they had a reasonable fee and we got back a good size tax return. I was very pleased with them! Then we got a letter from the IRS saying our taxes had been filed incorrectly and we needed to ammend them, so I went back to Accounting Associates to have them correct their error in our taxes. Not only did they charge us to do this but they ammended them incorrectly so we recieved another letter from the IRS. After months of trying to get this mess corrected, we ended up owing a lot of money back to the IRS due to all the problems our return had, this even ended up making my parents tax return incorrect and they had to go through the whole process as well. I would never go back to this company they clearly can't even get a basic joint tax return done correctly I can only imagine what would happen with a more complex one. There are alot of tax return services in the area and I bet any one of those would be better than Accounting Associates.
