people that work there (the woman) is very unprofessional i've ordered from them plenty of times and always either got cold meat or sloppy sand whiches that look like someone clean the floor with it didn't get my money back they always forgot my drink etc. This place sucks and food is horrible. The best advice I can give is fire the old crew and food and bring in a more happy delightful respectful crew and food.

The absolute worse experience I have had in a very long time. I have been a customer for over 30 years but the last couple years the food and service has clearly gone downhill. I ordered ribs tonight, which were clearly burned, not even edible. I called them immediately and they said they would refund my money. When I took them back they said half the food was eaten. Mind you I purchased over $60 worth of food and all I brought back was the burnt ribs, which I ate NONE off...I asked to speak to the owner and they said he did not speak ENGLISH...really! You have lost a long time customer and at this rate you will definitely lose more...
