This company (JM Masonry Restoration) totally took us for $500 to repair our chimney. He took 20 minutes to put caulk on cracks and asked for a check made out to him personally and not to his company. The repair did not pass inspection and we had to hire another company (Illiana) to correctly repair using concrete which cost us another $850.
