The review that AV WHATEVER wrote, was some what correct. They also came to my house dirty, but it was obvious they just got done with another job before getting to my house. The clothes they wore looked comfortable and looked like they were wearing something that was comfortable and followed safety dress code. I don't know if this person gave a bad review because they were unhappy with the amount it costed him to get his chimney fixed or what. People do need to realize "an estimate" means how much someone thinks it will be. That doesn't mean that is the exact pricing. I have this very same problem in my line of work, I own a computer shop where I rebuild, repair, and sell computers. Keep in mind people the price someone gives you for an estimate is a round about of what they beleive the amount will be. That doesn't mean things aren't going to be worse off then what they expected at a glance.

This person avs111777 is a joke, I read up on all his reviews and it seems to me that he or she is a person that just wants things for free, If there was a positive on anything he/she reviewed I would be entitled to almost believe this person. When they come dirty I would almost assume they had came from another job and know that they are working for someone and I think that the first review above me is dead wrong, cause I had used this company when I lived out in IN an they did a great job and their prices were very reasonable and my damper worked great and my house was not dirty when they left. These Men are hard working and do a great job! Matter a fact I was looking on their page because I had a question about a wall I wanted to get repaired and I trusted these people to give me great information before I called someone out here to help me and as a matter a fact they helped me with my problem on what to look for and out for. Very good company and I would most def recommend them to my friends out in IN....

These guys are unprofessional and do a terrible job. I was having a fireplace problem and called them out to fix it. They showed up looking dirty and unkempt....in sweatpants and a T-Shirt two hours late....one guy stunk like dirty diapers and the other was impossible to understand when he spoke. They quoted me $250 and were supposed to fix the problem with my fireplace...while at my house they got all kinds of soot on my carpetting and did not clean up after themselves. While putting the fireplace back together....the technician farted and rather than to politley excuse himself he proceeded to tell me a fart story (gross). When they finished they told me that I had to let the mud seal for three days and if I still had a problem that they would come out again to fix it. After a week of waiting, I lit a fire in my fireplace and found that I still had the same problem....so I called them back out.....after a week of promising tomorrows....they never came back out....they just dodged me for two weeks...and when I confronted them about not coming out on the phone he told me "I will put you off until I feel like getting to you".....this guy even went on to try to tell me that I was being a jerk for expecting him to stand behind his work. To date I have had to call the police and file a report with them....I will be taking them to small claims court for a refund of my money. And I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Bottom line....they are a couple of hillbillies that do a terrible job....and should not be allowed to install so much as a doorstop in some ones house. If you don't believe me....call them yourself...they can dirty up your living room, fart in your fireplace and not fix your problems. These guys should be put out of business.
