I'm disappointed to see that the individual that also reviewed this animal hospital didn't have a pleasant experience - I do have to say that I feel like they don't know what they are talking about. I love Garrettsville Animal Hospital and have nothing but positive things to say. The staff is always fun and friendly and you notice that the moment you walk in the door and see their smiling faces sitting at the front desk. Ive never had a problem there and they genuinely seem excited to help you out. The girls seem incredibly knowledgeable and make you feel right at home. I recommend this place to everyone and will be a lifelong customer.
