Foxfield was highly recommended by someone who knows the construction company. After some thought, we purchased the most expensive model house & loaded it with overpriced options. In retrospect, we may still have built here, but would have made different decisions. We would have purchased a bare bones model and upgraded it ourselves. The clubhouse is attractive, although a bit small. The residents are warm & welcoming, but clubhouse activities are of the small town, unimaginative variety. Yard care is quite good, but the landscaping is unimaginative & contributes to the cookie cutter look of the development. There is a customer service rep. who gives us sporadically good care, while some calls are not returned. Currently, the residents are in a confrontation with McKee since they have decided not to plant trees that we were promised would be in place by now. We are personally content here, but could be happier if we had gotten better value for our dollars!! Look around more!
