Over the holidays I got some friends of my children together and promised a day out skating. When we got there we found a parkinglot full of people and a locked door. Web and phone info said they were open. A truck came and someone went inside - so we continued waiting. He emerged 20 minutes later and steamed off wrecklessly w/o answering any questions! This was the second time I have been there - the first time they had races where my 6 yo had to race with 8 yo - and was of course devastated by his loss. I guess their location is the only thing that keeps them in business - If you can drive the extra miles to a place that you know is open and does what they say...
