Tried to reach the store to find out price of a medicine. I tried twice with no answer each time. How odd. Called another Walmart listed on the page to verify number. The correct number is 972-926-6215. Looks like someone is not proofreading for accuracy at Yellow Pages.com. Wonder how many missed calls store has received.....not good business. Oh by the way my rating is for Yellow Pages. com :)

The walmart vision center either A: WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. or B. PLACE IT ON THE FAX MACHINE. I TRIED CALLING FROM 9:00 am till 3:00 pm on a Friday then again on Saturday morning again at 9:00 am, supposedly opening time, and the phone either rang off the wall or went to the fax machine. Poor Service Wal-Mart.....

Something once happened when you call a busy in days gone by. Someone would answer the phone. It is 7:30am and I have called this Walmart three times without ANYONE or ANYTHING answering this phone. They say, (whoever "they" are) that when you have a problem, you should first look at yourself. I carefully dial each number THREE TIMES. I got nothing, no person, no anwering service, NOTHING!

Maybe they were in one of those morning "let's get pumped up to serve sessions". How odd is that. While they are preparing to serve, I am not being served at all.

I was in a Walmart in North Dallas yesterday. It is on Monfort off Beltline. Everything was soooo clean and orderly. The people who worked there where nice and helpful. I am sure that the Manager is a leader. The problem with stores like this Garland store and the store on I-30 and St. Francis is poor management. Fire the management team and hire leaders.

Well, I am on my way somewhere else to have my oil changed. I am sure that if this is the standard of service at the two stores nearest me, I would be better served somewhere else.

the phone listed is seldomed answered. I have spent 1 hour clalling and noone answers the phone. A young pharmacist helper of Spanish ascent is rude and thinks he is the pharmacist. He toook the liberty of changing the way a medicine was prescribed (for instance) MY HUSBASND had always taken it once a day and when he refilled he did it twice a day. even though it was the same dosage per mg it was not the way it had been prescribed. someone needs to oversee this particular pharmacy.
