I call for a free estimate for a wood fence, but I never gotten my estimate. They call me two times and no one still have not showed up. I been waiting so long for someone to come, now it's day four no show. So with that been said, it's a bad ideal to do business with this company especially if this company can't keep their promises because it could means bad business. I would not rate this company not even a one star cause they do not deserve it at all. Very unprofessional! Sense this site requires us to rate a star, just think of the star as a negative feedback.

I would have rated this company 3.5 stars if I could. My experience is based on several key factors. a) quality of work b) on time c) communication d) service after installationa) The quality of work is top notch- "domestic" metal posting v. imports, six ft of space between the poles for better stability, galvanized screws in place of nails, quality stain, ten year warranty.b) The workers arrived on time so that is not a factor.c) Communication is where it loses 1.5 star. You need to have a "specific" plan and have every detail written down so no mistakes are made. The contract itself is too general and needs improvement. Do not assume anything. Following these protocol, you can avoid many headaches. I was very fortunate to have the owner accommodate some errors the workers made. The owner went beyond the call of duty. The final product speaks for itself. d) service after the installation was top notch. The owner personally came out and inspected the finished result.
