we took a pair of boots in for a zipper replacement. first they took over a week and second the zipper was black and the other boot zipper was brown. i will never go back again. please be warned. read other reviews on yahoo before taking your shoes in.

I recommend John's Shoe Repair for doing a great job on cutting down a heel of a pair of shoes from water and red mud damage. I could not see or feel in difference in the look of the shoe.
