Well last week was my first time ever .I brought the food back food receipt and all the next day,the manager talked me out of getting my money back,and instead had talked me into trying it again so I did just now and it was ACTUALLY WORSE!

We've been regular happy customers every since this Carl Jr's has been open. However recently appears they cannot keep a manager. Sadly the manager there now is not doing a very good job training the employes under her. Neither is she very good at customer relations. When I called to complain rather than listening to my complaint about my take-out order not being right she talked over me. By that I mean that she kept butting in. Another time my wife went and was over-charged. Needless to say we are not very happy about our last two experiences. So from now on we will be going to Braums.
