The customer service here sucks....would not recommend this location!!!!!!

...and I've been to more than a few! This restaurant is very new. It has a well-lit seating area and a small patio. The waitstaff is always nice.

Great place to watch UFC fights and other sports stuff.

This is the worst BWW I have ever been too. The service was horrid, the food (what I ate before cancelling the rest of my order and leaving) was disgusting. Who serves nachos with COLD cheese?! It was inedible. We sat for about 10 minutes before anyone noticed we were there and we had to get the managers attention. The manager took our drink orders, I received an Amstel Light with NO GLASS and it was warm. The waitress finally came over and had that garbled high school talk and acted like she could care less about being there. Meanwhile there were at least 2 other waitresses cleaning tables and ignoring everything else going on in the room, 3 hosts all playing around with cell phones or "play fighting" it was like a freakin' romper room in there. The lighting is horrible. It felt like an institution. The trivia game did not work. I could not believe how awful it was. I have never left a restaurant due to bad food/service. Never. This was the first time. The manager was at least nice enough to comp 2 drinks and horrible nachos then the server comes over and asks what she did wrong? I told her it was no big deal because I was too furious to talk and then we left and went across to Outback where we had excellent service. This BWW is going to be in some serious trouble during football season if they don't get it together. I would not recommend this BWW to anyone. They only get one star for the manager realizing how poorly we were treated.
